- Send your organisation name and website, and we will send back a page showing your published prices against your planning region. No charge for the first one.
- Something is wrong
- Tell us which figure and what it should be. We keep the page we read it from, so this is usually settled in one reply.
- Delete my data
- Name and website is enough. We delete the prices, archived pages and contact details we hold, and exclude you from future collection.
- Stop contacting me
- Say so and we will not email you again. It is recorded so it survives later collection runs.
- Block the crawler
- You do not need us for this — the crawler page has the robots.txt lines. Email us if it does not work.
- Complaint
- Goes to the same address and is answered within 5 business days. See privacy and complaints.
Who you are writing to
ClearPrice is operated by Zatersio, an Australian business. It is a small operation, so you are writing to the person who built the thing rather than a support queue.
We are independent: not affiliated with the Department of Health and Aged Care, My Aged Care, the NDIS Commission, or any provider. Nobody pays us to appear in or move within our figures.
